**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Operations Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in reducing loss and mitigating risks within the organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass system administration, maintaining and developing processes and systems, ensuring accurate user privileges, and conducting regular audits. You will lead our PCI project, coordinating compliance activities and aligning stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Based in the Geelong support office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with wider business functions and risk teams to execute programs, activities, and training that align with our security, safety, and shrink focuses. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- In-depth understanding of retail operations and commercial dynamics
- Proven experience in loss prevention within retail and/or distribution centers
- Experience in conducting investigations (preferred, not essential)
- Expertise in physical security controls and systems (preferred, not essential)
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of excellence in execution
