The City of Salisbury, located just 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, is one of Adelaide’s fastest growing council areas in the Northern Suburbs. With a purpose to leave the community in a better state for future generations, you could leave a mark on the development of local infrastructure and make a difference

These 18-month traineeship vacancies will see you working full-time, gaining hands-on experience and training, whilst studying towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Administration Stream. **Upon successful completion you would have developed a broad skillset and knowledge to step into any career.

**The Opportunities**:
Each opportunity is set within a different department and will see you undertaking a wide range of administrative duties. Opportunities include:

- ** Community Development **- situated in the library, provide customer service to community members, assist with cataloguing activities, setup creative and interactive displays, and help deliver library and local programs.
- ** Business Excellence - **positioned within the Community Experience team, act as the face of the ‘hub’ and provide a diverse range of high-quality customer service in-person, via telephone and online, directing customers to the relevant department where required.
- **City Infrastructure - **assist teams with administrative and customer service tasks relating to all Council facilities and infrastructure (such as parks, roads, paths, buildings, playgrounds, gardens etc.).
- ** Governance -** provide Corporate Governance, Council Governance, and Information Management support to all teams. Put simply, help with meeting agendas, minute taking, intranet updates, compliance, and file management.
