**About our Karana Downs Centre**

Edge Early Learning Karana Downs is our latest purpose-built early learning centre located behind Mount Crosby State School. We provide quality child care and education tailored to children from 6 weeks to school age.

At Karana Down’s childcare centre, we are passionate about the health and well-being of children, which is why our program promotes healthy eating and active lifestyles. Our custom-designed centre features indoor-outdoor learning spaces that enable children to harness their learning potential in a space that suits their interests.

**Are you our next Edge Educator?**
As an Educator you will:

- Nurture, care and educate children from birth to 5 years of age.
- An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Documenting children's learning and development.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of the EYLF and NQS.
- Have full availability Monday to Friday for shifts.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or 'actively working towards'
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: Up to $30.65 per hour
