We’re proud to offer a newly created leadership opportunity at our **state-of-the-art Powderline plant in Girraween**, a key part of our vertically integrated supply chain supporting seven manufacturing sites across Australia.

**The Opportunity**
As **Production Supervisor**, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our powder coating facility, overseeing a skilled team across material handling, coating, packaging, dispatch, and plant maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Driving Delivery In Full and On Time (DIFOT) performance
- Championing our Zero Harm safety culture
- Mentoring and developing your team
- Ensuring operational maintenance and continuous improvement

**About You**
We’re looking for a hands-on leader with:

- Previous supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team engagement skills
- WHS knowledge and a commitment to safety
- Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems
- A solid understanding of materials management
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- ** Powder coating experience** is highly desirable
