The Learning Lead, reporting to the Capability Development Manager, will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) Change team, leading the learning strategy and approach for the SMP and HRIS systems implementation. The Learning Lead role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition and adoption to the new systems across the organisation.

This includes partnering with the change team to understand the learning outcomes of the change impact assessments. This will guide the learning requirements, design, development, implementation and management of the learning strategy, approach and initiatives, for the HRIS and SMP systems to ensure the successful adoption of both systems and processes through impactful learning solutions and experiences. Varied learning approaches will need to be carefully planned and implemented to cater for the different work practices across the Melba workforce, and the strong need to uplift technology and process capability.

This role is pivotal in shaping and enhancing digital learning experiences, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of the new HRIS and CRM systems across the organisation. You will bring deep expertise in learning design and implementation of high-quality learning solutions focussed on new systems implementations.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in leading comprehensive learning solutions to support the implementation of HRIS and SMP systems in medium and large organisations.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development in complex organisations undergoing digital transformation.
- Experience in managing and executing the end-to-end training lifecycle, including learning needs assessment, learning strategy and planning, designing curriculum, defining learning pathways, concept development, learning delivery and evaluation of learning both internally and through external vendors for HRIS and CRM systems implementations.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing strategies that have lifted digital capability in organisations including working with change and project managers, SMEs, system and change champions.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g. WalkMe, Whatfix) to support organisatonal learning and technology use.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, demonstrating empathy and active listening, and co-creating tailored learning solutions that drive successful outcomes.
- Proven experience working in organisations where the workforce is not primarily desk-based or digitally connected, with low digital capability, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges this presents for learning.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in challenging environments.
- Partnering with external vendors to co-create or source learning solutions that align with the project brief, ensuring quality control and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Qualifications in Human Resources Development, Learning and Development or Cert IV in Training & Development or equivalent work experience
