T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager role with a large **Global FMCG** Group.

**High profile role**
- Delivery of statutory reporting and compliance
- Direct access to Senior Executives and involvement in major projects
- $160k - $175k base + super + bonus opportunity

**The Role**
- Play a lead role in the financial report preparation process
- Work closely and provide accounting advice to various finance teams, the Board and the Global parent entity
- Act as the point of contact with external auditors
- Assist in the development of technical accounting papers and involvement in significant transactions
- Be a team leader and coach a number of junior staff members

**About you**
- CA or CPA qualified, with current or prior Big 4 experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting process
- Strong governance and process improvement mindset
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth.
