**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.

This role is based in our Southern inbound Contact Centre at Seaford. This is a full-time permanent position typically working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm. You will also be expected to contribute to Saturday shifts between 8am - 5pm once per month, applicable penalty rates apply.

Upon your commencement, you will attend a paid four-week training program to learn about Jones Radiology, scheduling medical imaging appointments and how to deliver our exceptional patient experience.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Delivering a high-quality inbound call experience for Jones Radiology clinics.
- Interacting with patients and referrers to schedule a range of medical imaging appointments.
- Responding to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional and caring manner.
- Providing care and an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, objective questioning and enjoy helping people.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigation.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
