Our customers love us, and we can attribute a large part of this to our sales administration team. They are an integral part of the business.

**Day to Day Responsibilities - Based in Mascot; your duties will include.**
- liaising with customers
- processing inbound sales
- updating client’s records
- managing invoicing
- collaborating with the servicing and sales teams
- assigning tasks to the appropriate team as necessary
- overseeing administration staff

We are a fast paced, growing business and looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of the role.

**For your resume to reach the top of the pile we are looking for**:

- 1-2 years’ sales administration experience
- a great attitude - get-stuff-done whilst still having a laugh
- willingness to learn
- attention to detail
- someone who can think outside the square
- experience with Xero, Salesforce or ServiceM8 will be a considerable advantage
