Our Joondalup clinic is seeking an **Office Manager** to join the team.

The role is a **full time position** working Monday to Friday, with shifts of 8am - 4:30pm and 8:30am - 5pm.

Role Overview:
As an **Office Manager**, you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that rotate around the Perth clinics
- Manage the clinic's daily appointment schedule
- Work closely with the Area Office Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, Regional manager, and Radiologist/s

What we're looking for:
Office management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position.

A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
