**The client**:
A highly renowned WA client based in the Northern suburbs.

**The role**:
We are seeking an experienced **IT Project Officer** with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics OR FinOps ERP system implementations for a 2 year fixed term contract.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide support to the ERP implementation project
- Document and review current business processes with the view to implementing them in the new Core System
- Work within the Project Management Framework, project plan, budgets, and within agreed timeframes
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide support in relation to the system implementation
- Work with change management and project teams to assist users through the transition period

**Key experience**:

- Strong experience working in an IT project support role on ERP System implementation projects
- Technical knowledge of ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft FinOps OR CE Suites preferred
- Substantial experience in business improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to help users transition through a period of system changes
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet agreed deadlines
- IT Project Management experience is desirable
- Relevant tertiary education AND/ OR certifications
