**About the Role**
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, the Internal Controls and Compliance Manager will have complete oversight and ownership of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) framework across the business. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Reviewing, developing, and implementing internal control systems in accordance with SOX requirements.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring internal process improvements.
- Identifying internal control gaps and providing risk mitigation strategies and advice.
- Guiding local stakeholders through ongoing change processes.
- Undertaking IT risk assessments.
- Engaging with and being the point of contact for external advisors.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will ideally be CA qualified and/or have completed a relevant professional qualification. An advanced knowledge of SOX frameworks, controls, and compliance is essential. You will have demonstrated experience in building positive relationships, influencing internal stakeholders, and driving positive change.

This role is best suited to someone passionate about SOX, who thrives on navigating complex issues and regulations, and who values building strong internal relationships. Prior experience in Internal or External Audit and exposure to a large ERP is highly advantageous.
