The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our growing People & Culture team in this newly created role.

Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Communications, you will collaborate closely with various departments across SA, VIC, NSW and QLD to implement policies and procedures that align with both legal requirements and the company’s values. You will also lead and facilitate enterprise bargaining, union liaison, sub-contractor IR Management and represent the organisation through workplace and employment dispute processes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Graduate qualification in Human Resources and or Industrial Relations Management, or a related field
Extensive experience in a similar role and industry
Comprehensive knowledge of industrial relations principles, employment law, and enterprise agreements
Experience in collective bargaining negotiations and working with external workplace authorities and
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information to facilitate a thoughtful and strategic decision-making process, especially in complex situations
