**About the Role**

The Orders Assistant is the first point of contact for the sales team and trade partners in regards to orders, pricing claims etc. This position is accountable for ensuring that orders are prioritised and the below responsibilities are met within a timely manner to support the business’ monthly sales plan.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Processing Orders- EDI
- Stockist orders
- Warranty orders
- FIG Forms for Sales Team
- Align/Report against invoicing plan for EOM
- Orders Investigation- Liaise with stores regarding errors on orders/delivery windows
- Confirmation of discount agreements with Sale Team
- Follow up to ensure order is processed within SLA
- Investigate EDI Issues - Pricing/Quantity Issues
- Liaise with Sales Team/Account Managers to resolve these issues.
- Advise trade partner of out of stock items if applicable
- Pricing Claims- Investigating claims
- Confirmation of approval from Account Manager
- Liaise with Sales Executive to get pricing set up
- Process Pricing claim
- Provide stockist with updated details on new invoice
- Reporting- Maintain Back Order Report (BOR)
- Release BOR when stock becomes available
- Maintain No Longer Available/Stop Reorder Report
- Advised trade partners when stock is No Longer Available.
- Maintain Cash Required Report
- Freight- Delivery investigation
- Short Shipment claims
- Arranging specialized freight when required
- Arranging freight movements due to KitchenAid error.
- Liaising with Star Track/Borders Express directly

**Selection Criteria**:

- Minimum 2 years customer service / processing or sales experience
- Higher School Certificate (Year 12)
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
