We possess the capability to deliver mixed pallets through to full container loads and can efficiently manage stock for just-in-time delivery.
As a team, Impulse Trading, located in Sydney, consists of a small yet efficient group with a national and international reach. While most of our team operates in Sydney, we also have several remote team members who support the business from various locations. To ensure team cohesiveness, understanding, and accountability, we regularly convene to share our challenges and successes. About the Opportunity
We're actively seeking an organized and proactive Team Assistant to join our dynamic business operations team. If you excel at supporting team members, handling diverse tasks, and embracing a wide range of responsibilities, this opportunity is perfectly suited for you. From overseeing orders to managing customer and office interactions, this role plays a pivotal role in our business structure. It offers comprehensive administrative and operational support to our operations teams, allowing them to focus squarely on their core duties. As part of this role, you'll have the chance to:
**Order Processing and Logistics Coordination**:

- Receive, process, and confirm orders from clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, including inventory management, scheduling, and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to schedule shipments and deliveries.
- Identify potential logístical challenges and implement proactive solutions.
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders for local trading, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Management of Sample in and out

**Customer Support**:

- Assist clients with product information, pricing, availability, and order status updates.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
