**The Gig**
Our Implementation Specialists deliver award winning support to ensure that our customers get the most out of Healthengines’ onboarding experience. To provide customers with implementation support and relevant product information. Maintain and use onboarding/training tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implementation and on-boarding of new customers
- Training for all new customers on relevant product suite
- Training on select products to existing customers
- Customer satisfaction and troubleshooting processes
- To provide general and technical support to customers with new and existing products and services on an ad-hoc basis
- Work closely with the integrations team to keep up-to-date with integration changes (and communicate them with the wider Support team and business), while providing feedback from our customers to the integrations teams.
- Maintain sound product knowledge across a suite of products/offerings to all specialties, while providing feedback from our customers to the integrations teams.
- Provide specialist mentorship or training to new and existing team members
- Adhere to the Customer Support Team: Rules of engagement document which outlines standard behaviours and expectations.

**Experience you’ll bring**:
- 2+ years' experience in a Senior Customer Service role
- 1+ years’ experience in technical based role
