**The Position**

To complement the existing national Human Resources team, a motivated and experienced HR Advisor is needed to work collaboratively with and support the Head of HR. This position is responsible for providing timely and efficient specialist recruitment and onboarding services, combined with generalist HR activities across multiple stations in multiple States and the Northern Territory.

**The Person**

**generalist HR and specialist recruitment skills** with an emphasis on being able to work autonomously and will need to possess the following:

- Experience leading volume recruitment campaigns
- Generalist HR skills including payroll liaison, managing HR inbox inquiries, remuneration analysis, employment changes, record management and auditing
- Skills in analysing and interpreting data in Microsoft Excel to prepare ad-hoc and end of month reports
- Experience in rolling out continuous improvement initiatives and training of end users in new processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that adapts according to circumstance
- Superior planning, organising and prioritising skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence in presenting information and engaging others in discussions and focus groups
- Experience working across multiple sites and regional locations (experience in a similar agricultural environment will be highly regarded)
- Tertiary education in HR or solid equivalent experience
