**Qualifications & experience**
- **MS Office Suite incl Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams**
- **Xero accounting software (preferred)**
- **Proven problem-solving capabilities**
- **Proactive attitude to processes and office administration improvement**
- **2 years administration experience in a small to medium size office environment**
- **Current Queensland driver's licence**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- **Manage reception including greeting corporate guests and providing them with e.g. tea, coffee, water if required**
- **Answering and directing all incoming phone calls**
- **Accounts payable - receiving and checking invoices via payables mailbox, submitting for approval and preparation of payment runs for approval in Xero. Dealing with all queries related to AP.**
- **Credit card reconciliations - validate receipts received to receipts mailbox and process all charges by cardholder in Xero.**
- **Other support to finance and other departments in administration**
- **Local errands**
- **Company mail collection and distribution**
- **Maintain adequate stock and controls of office stationery and kitchen/catering supplies**
- **Filing and Archiving**
- **General administration requirements for the office premises**
- **Company vehicle service bookings and filing of documentation**
- **Ad hoc duties as requested**
