**Grampians Health | Lead Excellence in Clinical Care**

Grampians Health is seeking a **Manager of Clinical Care Standards** to drive the implementation of evidence-based clinical care in alignment with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC) and Safer Care Victoria standards.

This leadership role will ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery by developing and embedding clinical care standards across the organisation. You will collaborate with clinical teams, education leaders, and operational managers to enhance training, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Do**:
Lead the integration of Clinical Care Standards across Grampians Health
Develop and oversee education programs to ensure best-practice care
Monitor compliance, report on variations, and drive quality improvements
Collaborate with clinical leaders to embed evidence-based care into practice
Ensure policies, training, and protocols reflect updated care standards
