An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **Guest Services Manager**, to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will be required to provide leadership to our non-clinical Cleaning, Waste and Linen services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients, staff and guests

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing an Environmental Services team of up to 50- 60 individuals
- Provide training and guidance to both new recruits and current staff members
- Organisation of the rosters
- Financial and budget management
- Ensuring strict adherence to all OHS and Infection control procedures

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Leadership experience in an Environmental services capacity, ideally from a hospital or in the hospitality sectors
- Previous experience with a computerised rostering system (i.e. Kronos etc).
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive cleaning knowledge in all surface elements
- Knowledge of OHS and Infection control procedures
- Demonstrated ability to train and upskill staff.
