Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line including 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD. It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class 'ETCS' signalling system.

About the Role
The Performance & Reporting Support Officer (PRSO) supports the delivery of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority's performance reporting requirements. The PRSO supports the development and preparation of program documentation including reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy, high quality and targeted reporting, that is responsive to the program's needs.
The PRSO engages with project teams to facilitate and coordinate the regular reporting processes and to maintain scheduling and timelines.
The position forms part of the Governance & Reporting team, reports to the Senior Performance & Reporting Officer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work as an active member and support the Performance and Reporting team with the preparation, editing and distribution of high quality and impact program documentation and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the team including but not limited to ad hoc requests such as drafting spreadsheets, PowerPoints, schedules, procedures and flowcharts.
- Maintain and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders (including scheduling, room bookings, compilation and distribution of documentation, provision of reports, taking and preparation of minutes and follow up actions).
- Records management of reports and documents ensuring they are correctly saved in TRIM or other document management systems following CRRDA policy, procedures and document control standards.
- Develop positive working relationships across the Delivery Authority to ensure information sharing on complex and emerging issues
- Other duties within the Governance & Reporting Team as directed by the Assistant Director, Governance & Reporting.
**About You**:
- Experience (3 years) in similar roles requiring the coordination of high-quality and evolving reporting requirements within large, complex program delivery environments.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Experience with TRIM desirable.
- Possess experience with preparation of presentations, including implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to ensure the delivery of reporting to a high standard.
- Demonstrated ability to create, review and edit a range of written and visual documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders regarding reporting requirements and ensuring best-for-project outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise workload individually and as a member of a team to manage conflicting priorities to deliver outputs and outcomes within a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines
