**About the Position**
DOGUE is currently on the lookout for a passionate and driven Retail & Salon Coordinator to become a part of our team at DOGUE Bulimba, in a part-time role.

As part of this role, your duties will involve enhancing the overall retail experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for overseeing appointments and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our grooming and playtime visitors.

Your role will include:

- Welcoming clients with two and four legs alike
- Efficiently handling enquiries, managing bookings, and confirming appointments
- Ensuring seamless coordination between grooming team members and clients, fostering organised and punctual operations
- Achieving retail sales targets
- Proficiently processing payments and maintaining accurate till balances
- Exceeding customer expectations and ensuring their utmost satisfaction
- Taking pride in maintaining immaculate product displays and store aesthetics
- Supporting the Store Manager with any ad hoc duties

**About You**
- Immediate availability
- Minimum availability on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays each week
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with booking systems (highly desirable).
- Previous experience in retail, salon coordination, or grooming salon operations (highly advantageous).
