Salvos Stores are seeking exceptional communicators to become a Casual Contact Centre Representative in Minchinbury.

As a customer service professional with excellent communication skills, you’ll respond to high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries and provide high level customer service in a timely and professional manner.

You will be required to manage and maintain incoming bookings for Salvos Stores free home and corporate collection services and other salvation army enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

- Attending to inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner;
- Ensure all relevant schedules are being followed and key KPIs are met;
- Manage and maintain accurate donor records across their respective databases for home collection services;
- Keep up to date with Salvos Stores and the Salvation Army’s information, services and programs;
- Complete Contact Centre office and administration duties and other tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

As the successful applicant you will have;
- Experience working in a busy front-line customer service-based role, ideally in a contact centre environment;
- Experience managing customer objections and complaints;
- Competent computer skills, proficiency working with a customer relationship management system or database and Microsoft suite including outlook will be highly regarded;
- Available to work weekdays an Saturdays on a rotational roster;
- A current and valid police check;
