**Salary**: $74,000 - $78,000 plus super (commensurate with experience)

**About the Role**
Pellegrino Pizza is seeking an experienced and driven **Shop Manager** to lead our retail and front-of-house operations in Warragul. You will be responsible for coordinating takeaway sales, merchandise, team leadership, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and great customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise takeaway and shop operations, including merchandise and customer service
- Lead and train staff, manage rosters, and maintain team morale
- Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
- Ensure store cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Assist with reporting, sales tracking, and driving customer satisfaction

**What You’ll Need**
- At least 2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or food-service management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, basic reports, and stock management
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on work ethic
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Full working rights in Australia
