**About this role**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Fee Proposals/Tenders/Submissions
- Receiving job inquiries and taking client briefs.
- Gathering of relevant material for the preparation of proposals and submissions
- Assistance with tracking and recording fee submissions.
- Assist with downloading tender documents, printing, and collating
- Assist Studio Manager with entering and updating programming information in Vision.
- Track the status of projects to ensure up-to-date project programming.
- Attend meetings and update Vision weekly/monthly.
- Liaise with finance as required to correctly set up project information into Vision.
- Assist Finance Manager when required with tasks such as payroll, Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly invoicing.
- Maintain register and assist with OHS requirements
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in business administration or administrative support role.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Deltek Vision (desirable)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing knowledge.
