We are on the look out for a **VIP Program Executive** to join our awesome VIP team here at Betfair. Our VIP team provides exceptional levels of support to some of our best customers, working with them to achieve maximum success.

**Requirements**:
**With great progression, career development opportunities and the chance to work with the latest digital technology, a normal day in the role of the VIP Program Executive includes**:

- Managing Betfair’s Bronze and Silver VIP customers, being accountable for the quarterly performance (retention, growth and engagement of customer list)
- Exploring new ways to acquire, retain and re-engage customers, as well as ways they can engage with each other
- Supporting the High Value Strategy Manager with reporting, campaign management and CRM requirements to deliver on the VIP strategy and objectives, the delivery of the annual VIP strategy and the VIP customer lifecycle
- Supporting the broader Customer team in developing and executing the Betfair Community & Education strategy
- Liaising with the Risk Investigations team and endeavour to implement industry leading Responsible Gambling measures to best serve Betfair customers

**But there is a catch. To be in the running for this great role, you should have**:

- Strong knowledge of the Betfair Exchange and related products
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High level attention to detail, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to sensitive customer information
- You like hanging out with and being part of a team
