With a strong reputation for excellence in the automotive industry, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive **Parts Manager** to oversee our parts department.

**Your new role**

As a **Parts Manager**, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, procurement, sales, and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts department, contributing to our overall success and customer satisfaction. In addition to:

- Supervise parts department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with various makes and models.
- Proven track record of effectively managing inventory and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
