We are looking for an experienced Account Executive or Field Manager who is wanting to take the next step in their career into **Account Management.**

Managing the portfolio of two key Clients, this role is responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships and field operations whilst focusing on growth of the accounts.

This is an amazing opportunity that will provide development and future career progression in the client service management space, working in larger programs.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a **Client Service or Field Manager** role and looking to step up into a national role
- Proven ability to make commercial decisions which result in positive outcomes for the business
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with **high attention to detail**:

- Demonstrated **effective communication** across all levels of the business
- **Eager** to take on a new challenge

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Effective program management to ensure that Field Team members are **set up for success**:

- Create and sustain a positive **relationship with client stakeholders** through an in-depth understanding of their business needs, challenges and priorities
- Taking **ownership and accountability** for driving strategic direction of the client's programs
- Proactively **seeking opportunities** to provide proactive plans and innovation
