**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Lead Data Analyst we are building a new team within our Technology Data Team and we are looking to hire a Data Analyst.
The Data Analyst is a key delivery role for a range of data outcomes across the data lifecycle. The role and team will develop and deliver all data analysis outcomes for projects, large, medium and small change as well as assisting Data Operations with operational triage.
This increasingly important role allows the intelligent use of data aligned to Bupa global strategy. This role functions under the direction of the Lead Data Analyst.
**How will I help?**
- Support all data analysis requirements for both Health Insurance and Health Service business functions
- Deliver data outcomes to improve customer outcomes and internal process improvements
- Deliver core capability by providing insightful analysis of critical customer data
- Build effective relationships to gain an understanding of business process and challenges
**What’s required to be successful in this role?**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Data Management area
- Strong experience with tools required for Data analysis -SAS, SQL, Python & Power BI
- Experience of data integration tools such as ODI, ADF & SSIS etc
- Solid experience within data warehouse concept and development
- Knowledge of Cloud data platforms such as Azure and AWS are a plus
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
