**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced health professional with a nursing or similar acquired background (Enrolled Nurses encouraged to apply). In this role, you'll enjoy managing a medium-sized, highly manageable caseload, working closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred, high-quality clinical oversight.

You’ll be responsible for delivering clinical oversight, coordinating services, and supporting support workers across a diverse range of participant needs. The role focuses heavily on proactive engagement with families, representatives, and external providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Initiating and maintaining productive relationships and strong rapport with participants and their representatives, external stakeholders, and service providers who may present with differing priorities.
- Provide clinical oversight and coordinate care including wound, bowel, stoma, continence, diabetes, medication, behaviour, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy management, manual handling, and infection control.
- Development, review, and updating of comprehensive case plans, risk assessments, and allied health reports
- Regular medication chart reviews, management of online medication apps, and oversight of participant medical appointments and reviews
- Staff training, clinical competency assessments, and support worker supervision
- Incident investigation, clinical reviews, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation per NDIS standards
- Maintain and update internal records, care plans, and progress reports
- Overseeing the quality of Just Living's support service to individual NDIS participants.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience working as a nurse or in a clinical role with comparable responsibilities and skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of NDIS compliance and practice standards, and processes, and other relevant industry standards.
- Sound understanding of, and compliance with NDIA Quality & Safeguarding Commission Reportable Incidents and other reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated competency in the day-to-day management and oversight of quality service provision in the disability and community service sector, and experience of contemporary service delivery for people with complex needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in wound care, bowel/stoma management, continence, diabetes, medication management, behavioural supports, PEG/enteral nutrition, seizure and epilepsy management, manual handling, and infection control procedures
- Sound clinical judgement, strong independent work ethic, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience developing and overseeing care plans, participant support strategies, and providing training to disability support staff
- Valid SA driver’s licence, First Aid certificate, and required clearances
