Venue Supervisor

Vikings Sports Club is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Venue Supervisor to work with the General Manager to deliver the Club’s strategy and provide exceptional experiences for Members.

This is a great opportunity to come and join the team at Vikings Sports Club as we look to bring on board a new Venue Supervisor.

We recently refurbished the Club interior and redesigned the gaming area. There is plenty more in the pipeline for this Club with a bright future ahead. This is your opportunity to work alongside an experienced and well-rounded team who excel at Customer Service and constantly evolve the Club.

**Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff
- Patron management
- Overseeing implementation of RSA and RCG practices
- Customer service and handling of enquires and/or complaints
- Enforcing and advocation of policies and procedures
- Being a positive team-focused individual who leads by example and is hands on

**The successful applicant will need**:

- A friendly and engaging personality
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and TAB qualifications (or the ability to acquire these)
- A positive and motivated attitude to effectively lead a team by example
- The ability to work under pressure effectively throughout busy trading hours as a team member & autonomously
- Ability to work rotating shifts where weekends, late nights and public holidays from part of your roster
- Broad knowledge of all club operations including Gaming, Keno and TAB
