
Administrator - Bidding

MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Building Consultancy, Tax & Asset Services, PPP Advisory, Infrastructure, Facilities Management Advisory and Expert Witness services.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administrator - Bidding to join our Bidding team, to work in either our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the Bid team in writing, editing and reviewing tender reports, and previously written content. Within this fast-paced environment, you will be required to manage multiple tasks at any given time, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the final submission of high-quality bid documents. You will source and compile company content as well as review and format tender documents ensuring accuracy and strong brand compliance.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good drafting, proofing and editing skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position would be advantageous, training will be provided
- A mature attitude, fast learner and proactive
- Strong organisational skills and time management capabilities, being able to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Excellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentable
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiative
