To be eligible you will typically be in the process of or have already completed Year 12 (or Year 10 or 11) and are able to manage on-the-job and apprenticeship training at our sites and at the Toyota training facility in Moorebank over the next 4 years. We promise you will want to stay longer

**To be a great First Year Apprentice you need**
- Enthusiasm and determination to become a qualified technician
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and like working with your hands
- Ability to troubleshoot and use software diagnostic equipment
- A willingness and capability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
- True team player approach and ability to meet deadlines and work to schedules.
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work safely with tools, equipment and machinery to ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues and our customers.
- Competence in English and good mathematical and technology abilities.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Energy, reliability and punctuality
