**How will I help?**
Our Lending Manager work with our Banking channels and get out and about every day to build and acquire and maintain standout relationships with Small Business customers. With focus on Home Lending and Business Lending, you’ll help our customers across many markets. You’ll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And because you aren’t working in the office each day, you’ll find other ways to build that customer base - including effective external and internal referral networks.

**What do I need?**
A real knack for finding new business - and experience generating that business in the financial sector. Along with Small Business and home lending experience, you’ll be a people person who loves meeting new faces and building networks, with a track record for delivering results that go above and beyond customer expectations. Your strong business acumen, and ability to present detail and solid organisational skills are a must as well - especially as you’ll be solely responsible for looking after your workload while you’re on the go.
