**The Role**:
As a Merchandise Planner you will collaborate closely with your Buyer and Allocator to propel the success of your business unit. Your responsibilities will span from shaping the strategic direction of your department to the final allocation of stock. This role demands teamwork, with cross-functional engagement across Marketing, Visual Merchandise, and Store Operations.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Contribute to the formulation of seasonal merchandise strategies and their presentation to the Senior team
- Oversight of Open-To-Buy (OTB) and Inventory management.
- Provide guidance and support to Allocators.
- Conduct performance analysis of portfolio to identify areas for enhancement.
- Drive financial targets including sales, gross profit, stock turn, and aged stock.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to collective outcomes.

**Who You Are**:

- Possess 2-3 years' experience in a seasonal business, preferably in apparel.
- Proficient in Excel with intermediate knowledge.
- Effective communicator across functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.
- Capable of creative problem-solving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
