We have an amazing opportunity for a Space Planner reporting to the Space and Range Manager in our brand news offices located in North Ryde. (Hybrid working options are available)

This role in the retail space team will work alongside the product team focusing on delivering improved product performance through the range review process. You will create and maintain data driven, customer led planograms to maximise sales and profitability.

This role will require you to prepare and present all required analytics to the Senior Leadership Team during Range Reviews and provide clear direction to stores to ensure planograms are implemented effectively.

Your proven previous experience in a similar environment and role, coupled with your ability to present, engage and deliver to both the support office and store stakeholders will be pivotal to your success.

Your key tasks will include but are not limited to:
Create, update and maintain store planograms using Blue Yonder software in alignment with the Range Review calendar.
Influence the decision making of category managers to align visual merchandising principles.
Conduct a range of analysis on planogram performance in alignment with the Range Review calendar.
Identify opportunities and highlight areas of improvement for business growth.
Maintaining the product database ensuring ongoing data integrity, accuracy, and data health.
Contribute to continuous improvement in the range change process and planogram generation.
Support the store teams to implement planograms safely and efficiently.
Conduct store visits where necessary to improve the quality of store layouts.

What do we need?

Previous experience with space planning software will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Strong merchandising skills with astute attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently, self-driven to achieve deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Amazing influencing and communication skills enabling you to engage with stakeholders across the wider business.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse an issue and make a decision to ensure the problem is resolved.
Passionate and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
