**360 Personnel **is **urgently hiring** for a **Dispatch/Receivables Officer** for a busy manufacturing company in Ipswich.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Inventories stock.
- Arranges transportation.
- Receive incoming orders and document.
- Organizes customer orders.
- Monitor items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; ordering carriers.
- Keeps customers informed by, pick up date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Other responsibilities as asked

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipswich, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
