**What Does a Day in the role look like?**

This role will see you forecasting and interpreting data, such as previous orders to ensure we are meeting purchasing requirements. The purpose of the role is to order and maintain branch stock levels based on current trends and customer history.

**What will I be doing?**
- Analyse product and customer sales histories in order to effectively order and anticipate inventory purchasing requirements
- Purchasing from local and international sources
- Analysis and forecasting data
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Maintain all relevant product and supplier data
- Analyse reports and order stock based on trends identified and previous customer demands

**What PFD needs from you**
- Understanding of warehouse functions
- Experience in purchasing with extensive range of products
- Full understanding of HACCP and OH&S regulations
- Organisational and time management skills
- Work to achieve the set company KPI's
- Attention to detail and solid computer skills
- Analytical and interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
