**About our role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vendor Replenishment Planner / Integrated Supply Planner to work on site with our client Metcash (inner North West of Sydney).

As a seasoned ISP/VRP, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a durable relationship between our internal Commercial, Demand and Operations stakeholders and Metcash, including managing stock, and delivering service targets whilst driving end to end supply chain efficiencies for both businesses.

**What you will do**:
Reporting into the Customer Collaboration Manager, your expertise in the creation of forward execution plans and proactive management of risk against the replenishment plan will be critical. Working on site 2-3 days a week, and balancing time between your customer and the Simplot team, you will be supported and enabled to bring your best self to work with flexible work arrangements on days and hours of the week.

Furthermore, you will:

- Support the internal Collaboration cycle alongside Commercial, Demand and Supply stakeholders
- Work on site 2-3 days a week as an embedded partner with Metcash to maximise the ordering processes and track inventory investment for superb service
- Deliver agreed service targets, with proactive and pre-emptive actions including best in class reporting
- Drive continuous improvement activities surrounding collaborative forecast alignment/ customer-level inputs - systemisation, analytics and process - to drive end to end supply chain efficiencies for both businesses
- Manage run in and run outs for smooth launches of NPD and efficient range changes
- Support our Commercial, Demand and Operations teams by providing insightful analysis to propel smart decisions.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven customer relationship management experience in replenishment or supply chain within the FMCG industry
- A curious mind, with a keen eye for detail to unveil opportunities for providing insightful analysis of market trends to drive commercial decisions
