**Role Overview**:
The Group Account Director is pivotal in securing future business opportunities within an assigned market. This role focuses on cultivating major accounts, increasing projected revenues, promoting EVT group business, and identifying potential in underrepresented markets. The goal is to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing market and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Secure future business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Cultivate and expand the current base of major accounts.
- Increase projected revenues and promote EVT group business.
- Identify and capture potential in underrepresented markets.
- Ensure a competitive position in response to market and customer needs.
- Provide guidance and support to mentor team members as directed by the General Manager, Sales.
- Collaborate with properties to identify and pursue opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and support team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
