**Role Purpose**
An excellent opportunity to join a busy working environment and manage the activities around the facilities management within a hospital. This 6 month contract is based 15 mins from Perth CBD and will require you to be onsite with an option to WFH one day per week.
You will join a lean team to bolster their capabilities with a focus on advising and supporting the implementation of the HSE requirements through the operations team that are delivering the maintenance services to this large and complex hospital facility.
**Skills Required**:
To be deemed suitable for this role, we are looking for a HSE professional with an ability to:
- Build genuine relationships and positively steer the improvement of the safety culture
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and expectations
- Ability to work in a busy environment while identifying, prioritising and mitigating risk
- Confidence and skills to work autonomously and drive best practice
- Support teams with empathy, support and “no blame” mentality
We are looking for a HSE professional for this 6 month contract that:
- Qualifications in WHS field such as Cert 4 or above
- Proven expertise in developing procedures and policies and ongoing improvement to safety management systems
- Detailed knowledge and understanding around HSE standards and expectations
- Background in government, FM, construction or healthcare is highly regarded
