**Your new company** is a well known organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ an AR officer on a 6 month fixed-term basis.

**Your new role** will include but will not be limited to:

- Ensuring customers are billed in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify invoicing and data process issues and provide timely solutions
- Understand Operational and Job Management systems to ensure proper flow of Information to Invoicing
- Responsible for the month-end process including sales accruals, customer spending vs actual/budget reporting etc
- Assisting Financial Controller in developing and maintaining accurate costing systems
- Work closely with internal/external project teams to update and implement new systems covering invoicing, internal control and administrative processes
- Preparing ad-hoc reports to assist management decision-making and operational efficiency
- Document administration and other duties as required
- Good communication skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

Similar experience in an end to end AR position is a must. ERP knowledge is also preferable.
