**Description**:
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Process Technician, to join our Garden Well operation at Duketon. Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you’ll work cooperatively with peers and management and have a strong desire to do things safely and efficiently. Your enthusiastic approach to problem solving, self-motivation and initiative to exceed expectations will ensure successful work outcomes for you and your team.
This is a site based FIFO role - working 8 days on, 6 off. Then 7 nights on, 7 off.
About the Role
Inspecting the workplace to identify and correct hazards and equipment failures
Undertaking regular sampling, testing and other quality control activities
Adjusting the process to meet production parameters
Starting up, shutting down, monitoring and adjusting the production process
Learning appropriate responses to malfunctions or anomalies in the production process
Maintaining accurate records of sampling/quality control
General housekeeping including cleaning of fixed plant, control rooms and company vehicles.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
Demonstrated record of safe operating experience in a mining environment
Process Technician experience an advantage but not a prerequisite
Mobile plant experience (skid steer, integrated tool carrier, overhead crane and front-end loader) with tickets an advantage
A current West Australian manual driver’s licence.
