BGIS is seeking a proactive and organised **Facilities Coordinator**to join our friendly and high-performing team in **Craigieburn**. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting facility operations, contractor management, and client service delivery—all within a collaborative, values-driven culture.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
You’ll support the smooth delivery of facilities services by:

- Coordinating subcontractor access, documentation, and compliance
- Managing and tracking reactive and preventative maintenance work
- Preparing contract documentation and supporting internal and client reporting
- Monitoring service requests and ensuring timely resolution
- Supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
- Building positive working relationships with clients and service partners

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate
- Knowledge of building services and contractor processes
- Strong admin, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience desirable
- A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach

**Preferred Qualifications**
- High School Certificate (required)
- Tertiary qualifications in Facilities or Property Management (preferred)
- First Aid Certificate and OH&S training (desirable)
