**THE ROLE**

Are you driven by the thrill of amplifying a brand’s digital footprint through social media campaigns and creating compelling marketing content? Driscoll’s is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic organisation on a 12-month contract. Based at our Australian headquarters in Docklands, Victoria, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement digital strategies, manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and collaborate on marketing materials, driving both online and offline campaigns. Your key duties will include:

- Curate, schedule, and post engaging content across all relevant social media channels.
- Growing our follower base, boosting engagement, and enhancing brand awareness.
- Staying ahead of social media trends, analyse competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.
- Assist in the development, planning, and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Produce marketing assets that communicate Driscoll’s brand value proposition (digital and print)
- Liaise with Driscoll’s global marketing partner to maintain and improve brand standards.
- Develop and distribute engaging internal communications that inspire and inform.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline are preferred, but not essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with creative design software and programs.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
