Sydney, Australia H-Tec Drainage Systems Full time

This role will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the smooth operations within the housekeeping department. This role will have a heavy focus on quality, customer service and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive staff training and performance to a high degree
- Improving service standards in correlation with the Work Health and safety standards
- Proven leadership skills with a strong initiative
- Managing the departments planning, controlling, costing, purchasing and internal budgeting
- Ensuring quality control of products
- The ability to build and sustain working relationships.
- To drive team briefings and participate in weekly management meetings
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and quality
- Ability to estimate staffing requirement’s and conduct interviews
- Develop proactive cleaning time frame
- Adhere and drive all compliant policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in performance management and training
- Exceptional time efficiency and working habits
- Ability to lead a team and handle high stress environments

**Salary**: $59,967.84 - $83,764.63 per year

- Flexible hours

- Canberra, ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
