We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate **Executive Housekeeper** to lead our housekeeping department and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

**Position Summary**

As the **Executive Housekeeper**, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage, motivate, and train a diverse team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Maintain inventory and manage procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment within budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure timely and efficient guest service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and report on department performance, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or similar is highly regarded.
