**Objectives of this role**
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Manage weekly scheduling of staff
- Assist in setting up our new warehouse

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate, and support our team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
- Oversee materials and inventory
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
- Staff all required shifts with the correct staff

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Five or more years of proven success in an operations management role or in a management position in the Audio-Visual Industry
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Proven track record of being an all rounder Audio-Visual Technician
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Permanent Resident of Australia

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Working knowledge of software programs, including Xero, Rentman, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Working knowledge of Industry software programs including Resolume Area, Showcockpit, Obsidian Onyx, GrandMA 2/3, ETC EOS, Allen & Heath Desks and Digico Desks
- Strong IT skills, including database development

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Audio Visual: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- MR Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- EWP Ticket (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
