**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding, self-motivated, driven and passionate Orders Team Leader on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the National Orders and Resolve Manager, you will strive to provide quality service to deliver best in class customer service. You will maintain business relationships as the key contact for stakeholders dealing with order management and administration. Your experience will enable you to grow and develop a team of staff responsible for accurate order entry and inbound calls.

You will have a customer centric mindset and will work closely with many key stakeholders including, Sales, Transport, Logistics, Master Data, State Administration and Direct Store Delivery team.

The key responsibilities will include:

- Deliver accurate keying of manual orders, with target KPI of 99.5%
- Manage and maintain supporting dashboards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Orders Hub with accurate information for team to follow
- Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload, including public holiday coverage and ensuring phone coverage.
- Training and development of staff
- Performance management with 1:1, mid-year reviews and end of year reviews
- Work with our teams to identify root cause analysis and provide corrective actions with errors
- Identifying and driving improvements in process, that will deliver a benefit to the business, the team and the customer
- Meeting with stakeholders to share and develop ideas and processes for improvement opportunities
- Able to assist with workload at high volume times
- Ensure smooth running of day to day of all responsibilities and tasks as well as these being completed by cutoff, and in a timely manner

To be successful in the role, you will have relevant experience in managing an order entry team of phone based employees. Experience in FMCG environment or similar Customer Service role is desirable. In addition, you must have good presentation, communication and influencing skills, with experience in working with internal stakeholders. Experience with SAP will be highly regarded.
