**THE ROLE - LEAD STRUCTURAL DRAFTER | GOLD COAST**
Join a team of elite design consultants as a Lead Drafter at one of the Gold Coast's premier post-tensioning design firms. As part of a dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of structures, including high-rise buildings and multi-million-dollar projects. With a focus on both steel frame and concrete frame design, you'll be at the forefront of industry innovation.

Reporting to the Drafting Manager and Senior Engineers, you'll lead a team of six drafters and play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of project documents. Your expertise in Revit families and libraries will be utilized to optimize project workflow and ensure the highest level of quality.

With exposure to a variety of projects including residential, mixed-use, retail and healthcare, you'll have the chance to expand your skills and grow your career.
