**What you'll do?**
In this Office Manager role, you will be responsible for controlling the resources and functions of our office to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Office Operations & Coordination**
Oversee daily office operations such as supplies management, mail distribution, and reception duties
Manage office layouts, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive and comfortable work environment
- **Resource & Vendor Management**
Source and liaise with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services (e.g., office supplies, technology, cleaning, catering)
Negotiate and maintain contracts, monitor performance, and coordinate maintenance/repairs
- **Administrative & Financial Oversight**
Develop, implement, and streamline office policies and procedures
Track and manage office-related budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- **Team Support & Collaboration**
Work closely with different departments (e.g., Sales, Support, Tech) to support onboarding, training, and day-to-day staff needs
Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- **Continuous Improvement**
Identify opportunities for operational and administrative enhancements
Proactively seek ways to optimize office systems, workflows, and costs
**What you’ll need**
**Experience & Skills**
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration, coordination, or management
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills—able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
A proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
